Do I need a referral?

We recommend getting a referral from your PCP even if your insurance does not require it. A referral from your PCP helps us get information about you from your PCP easily.

We do accept patients without referrals (if you have confirmed with your insurance that you will not need one).

When and How do I pay?

If you owe something for a visit, it will be collected in the future.

When we hear back from your insurance, we collect payment one of the following ways:

  • In-Person (on a future visit with us)

  • Email

  • Text

  • Phone (verbally)

We accept all major credit cards, checks, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and ACH transfers.

How much do I pay?

The cost to see us is usually the same as what your insurance charges you to see a specialist in an office.

Sometimes it is a flat fee, sometimes it is a percentage, and sometimes it is nothing.

Because of this, we wait until all of your insurances have made their decisions and processed their payments before we ask for your payment.
